Returns & Exchanges
60-Day Return & Exchange Policy
At ZeroMelt, we want you to feel confident with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 60-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.

 

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• The product must show no signs of damage or misuse

If these conditions are met, we’ll be happy to assist with your return or exchange.

 

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange:

• Email our support team at support@zeromelt.store
• Include your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for the return
• Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

 

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

 

Exchanges
You may request an exchange within 60 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are limited to the same product
• If applicable, exchanges may be made for a different variant or size
• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the exchange will be processed promptly

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@zeromelt.store and include:

• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will prioritise resolving the issue by offering a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

 

Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Processing time: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of approval
• Refund method: Original payment method
• Shipping costs: Non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect

 

Important Information

• Customers are responsible for return shipments
• We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return parcels
• Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed until the returned item is received

 

Order Modifications
Once an order has been placed, changes (including address updates) may not be possible due to our automated fulfilment process. If you notice an error, please contact us immediately.

 

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped
• If cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued according to this policy
