• Shipping cost: Free shipping on all Australian orders — no hidden fees
• Shipping partner: Orders are shipped using trusted carriers, including Australia Post and partner couriers, depending on location and logistics

All shipments are handled with care and include tracking once dispatched.


Shipping Address

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all details are correct before placing your order, as we are unable to change addresses once an order has been processed.

ZeroMelt is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

 

Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order processing time:
• 0–3 business days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time:
• 8–12 business days (Monday–Friday)

Estimated total delivery time:
• 8–15 business days from order placement

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped:
• You will receive an email containing your tracking number
• Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch

Delivery Issues

If you experience any delivery issues, please refer to the guidance below.

Status: Delivered
• Check with household members or neighbours
• Confirm the delivery location listed in the tracking update
• If the package cannot be located, contact our support team to initiate an investigation

Carrier investigations may take up to 14 days, with most resolved within 3–5 business days.

Status: No Updates / Tracking Error
• If tracking has not updated for 5–10 business days, contact the carrier or our support team
• An investigation may be initiated and can take up to 14 days

Status: Returned to Sender
• Contact our support team if your order is returned
• We will investigate the cause and advise on reshipment options
• Additional shipping fees may apply if the return was due to an incorrect or incomplete address

 

Important Notice

• ZeroMelt is not liable for lost or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer
• Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect or cancel delivery
